Jim Haverstrom
Jim has been involved with youth sports for 25+ years starting as coach for his son's hockey team in Orlando, FL. This led to a 20+ year career as a Hockey Director in CO, TX, TN and FL, where he currently works for the FL Panthers as the Manager of Youth Hockey Operations at the Panthers Ice Den in Coral Springs, FL. Jim is very active with USA Hockey on both the local and national level. Along with being Coach in Chief for the FL USA Hockey Affiliate, he is a Coach Developer for USA Hockey's Coaching Education Program (CEP) presenting in certification clinics around the country. Recently, he was selected to be one of 50 USA Hockey Coach Mentors who work with and support USA Hockey CEP Coach Developers.
Jim is excited to have returned to the FL and help area athletes become “Better Athletes, Better People”!
