Joined PCA in 2014 as the first Executive Director of PCA-Tampa Bay. As CED, Mark is responsible for the success of the Tampa Bay Chapter. He works with the Tampa Bay board to develop, implement and evaluate a long-term strategy for the chapter. He represents PCA in the local community by developing relationships with business, philanthropic, academic and government leaders. In addition, Mark is responsible for raising sufficient funds annually for PCA-Tampa Bay to thrive.

Mark’s education background includes a BA in Economics from University of Richmond, (1991), and MBA with a concentration in Marketing Strategy from William & Mary (1994). He played competitive baseball through high school. Most of his professional career before PCA was spent working in the cable television industry for corporations such as Time Warner Cable and The Golf Channel.

When not working at PCA, Mark spends a majority of the time with his wife and three children. His daughter is a competitive gymnast and two boys both play soccer. In addition, Mark serves on the Board of Directors of Berkeley Preparatory School and Tampa Bay United Soccer Club.
