Athletics has played an instrumental role in Naomi’s character development, success, and becoming the coach she is at her core. She was a two-sport student-athlete in basketball and softball at Concordia University, St. Paul, Minnesota and was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008. She served 10+ years as an athletic coach in multiple
sports. Primarily she served as an assistant basketball coach at the high school and collegiate level. Notable coaching accomplishments include: 3 state tournament berths, 4 NCAA II/III national tournament berths, and the 2000 NCAA II National Championship Game.

Naomi is the Founder and CEO of Innovative Leadership Solutions, LLC that provides executive coaching, speaking, and consulting services. In 2020, Naomi graduated with a master’s degree in Executive Coaching & Consultation from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University-Irvine, California. She is also an International Coaching Federation ACC credentialed coach and a certified practitioner of the EQi-2.0 assessment.
