Mimi Vishio is an attorney in the Washington, D.C. office of Zelle LLP and a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Unfair Competition group. Mimi has extensive litigation and trial experience, representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust and commercial litigation -- including merger enforcement actions, price-fixing and monopolization cases, and licensing and contractual disputes -- in a diverse array of industries, including financial services, sports, entertainment, advertising, and network technologies.
Prior to joining Zelle, Mimi was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and an antitrust litigator at a large national law firm. Throughout her more than fifteen-year legal career, Mimi has been actively involved in pro bono matters, including representing national and international justice advocacy organizations as amici curiae before numerous courts on various complex federal, state, and international law issues.
Mimi graduated from Princeton University and received her Master of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Sport Management. She graduated magna cum laude from the American University Washington College of Law. A member of the Sports Lawyers Association, Mimi is formerly a Division I athlete and coach and now resides in Maryland where her two sons are active in youth sports.
