Student Athlete Profile

Crisheena Rolack plays Basketball and Volleyball for for Robinson High School. She starts her hard work but setting up goals and priorities at the beginning of the process. As an athlete I make myself better by setting realistic goals, practicing during the off-season, and most importantly realizing that my academics come first. I think setting realistic goals for myself makes me a better athlete because when I set goals for basketball or life, I plan to meet them.

Crisheena’s coach sees how her work ethic will positively impact her future. “Crisheena made our varsity squad as a freshman and even eventually moved into a starting role, with 4 upper-classmen beside her. She stayed after practice to work on her weaknesses and encouraged others to stay and develop themselves too. What I really liked about Crisheena was that she wanted to know more about the strategies of the game, and not just the technicalities behind skill development. She wanted to understand “the game” better. Crisheena will find success in whatever she does because she already employs the basic tenants of the Triple-Impact Competitor ideology in all areas of her life.”
