Steve is the Founder of Choose Your Playbook, LLC. Choose Your Playbook invests, designs, builds and grows character and leadership development. His practice serves Individuals, businesses and a variety of sports affiliated organizations. Choose Your Playbook's leadership coaching and execution framework enables better people, better teams and better communities.

Steve brings 33 years from the Software and Consumer Electronics industry with several Silicon Valley Startups, Borland International, Intuit Corporation and the last 18 years with Microsoft as Corporate Vice President in an array of multi-national retail sales, marketing and operational leadership roles. He started his career with Procter & Gamble.

Steve has served or is currently serving on several Seattle based advisory boards including Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, City Side Lacrosse, LLC, Steve Gervais Football Academy, LLC, Magnuson Park Center of Excellence, Youth Sports Advocacy of WA and is President of City Side Lacrosse Academy a 501C non-profit organization. Steve has chaired a variety of strategic planning roles and committees.

Steve and his wife Diana have 3 adult children, Sarah, Dominic and Matteo. They live in Medina, WA.

Steve earned a BS in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, 1976-1979

Steve was a student-athlete at Claremont McKenna College 1977-1979 where he played Football and Baseball and a student-athlete at University of California Riverside in 1975 where he played football.
