Danielle Romanello is a softball player from Canterbury School of Florida. Danielle believes that every player is essential on a team. No matter the role, every player contributes to a team win. “Every player has a role on the team, no matter if it's to pitch or hit homeruns, every player is essential to a team and every player contributes to a team win, whether they are on the field or in the dugout. This is a philosophy that I strongly believe in and I try to share this philosophy with my other teammates in all the different sports I participate in and all the different teams I am apart of.”

When describing Danielle, her coaches reiterated that she is a leader, excellent student, and poised, behind the plate and in the classroom. “Danielle demonstrates just how incredible of a leader she is. She has the ability to get her team to play at a high level because they know that she truly believes in them. Danielle gives 100% effort and puts her whole heart into the game every time she steps on the field. Danielle is a leader by example, emanating positive authority. She leads in the classroom, she leads on the field; she is constantly encouraging others to make themselves better.”
