Thank you Palisades Recreation Center for hosting our first PCA Positive Sports Parent Series sponsored by The Bay Club and EcoMediaCBS.

Our youth sports parents were treated to a PCA Parent Workshop by PCA National Director of Training Ruben Nieves, parenting advice by Volleyball Legend Sinjin Smith and health tips from Dr. Bianca Edison of Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

The night included PCA Principles such as Filling Emotional Tanks, a rock-paper-scissors tournament, great perspectives on raising youth athletes and health facts such as headgear does NOT prevent concussions. This is the first of 20 such events at schools and Bay Clubs.
